As a Server at Ditch, you'll play a crucial role in making sure that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests feel well taken care of from start to finish. You'll work closely with our kitchen and bar staff to ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner, and you'll help create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes our guests want to come back for more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders and ensure that all food and drinks are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Create a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes guests want to come back.
• Ensure that all guest needs are taken care of throughout their dining experience.
• Collaborate with our kitchen and bar staff to ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests and answer any questions they may have about our menu or restaurant.
• Stay up to date on all menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help maintain a clean and organized restaurant space.
• Get involved with community events and give back to the communities we serve whenever possible.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and personalized service.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
